These conditions shall apply to all online transactions between Truck Guard (“the Supplier”) and any person, firm or company (“the Purchaser”) placing an order online with the supplier for items promoted by this website.
Nothing stated or implied in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Truck Guard uses the secure payment processing system provided by PayPal the Purchaser should see their information regarding security and payment methods.
For our standard rate shipping we use DPD and normally delivery is within three working days of order. If your order is urgent we can use next day first class at extra cost to yourselves, please contact us to confirm price. Postage rates to Ireland are much higher, please ask for details.
All products sold on the Truck Guard website carry a one year from date of invoice guarantee. The guarantee covers faulty products only and does not offer reimbursement of any costs which may arise due to refitting items, regardless of who originally fitted the product.
Claims are subject to the following returns & refunds policy.
We recommend that all our customers who have purchased DVR recording equipment should do a dummy run as soon as the product has been fitted. This is to ensure that all DVR settings have been adjusted as they should be to successfully record your video footage.
We can help you to set up the DVR and offer all the information that is needed.
Truck Guard cannot be held responsible if your vehicle has an accident and the equipment has not recorded due to incorrect self setup and without testing.
Truck Guard always try to send your ordered items in perfect condition. However, occasionally a problem can arise. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, damaged in delivery or is the wrong item, we ask you to contact us to let us know of the problem within 7 days of receipt.
In the case of a problem arising during the guarantee period, within 12 months of the invoice date, you should notify us immediately. We will then advise on whether you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
Where an item is faulty, we will ask you to return it to us within 7 days. WE CANNOT OFFER A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT IF FAULTY GOODS HAVE NOT BEEN RETURNED TO TRUCK GUARD WITHIN 7 DAYS OF OUR REQUEST.
If for any reason you need to notify us of a problem please contact us on 08001958507, or use our contact form. You will need to quote your order number, the email address you have registered and the details of the problem with the product.
We aim to acknowledge any complaint or guarantee claim within 7 working days (usually it takes 1-2 days), and will do our best to resolve it within 28 days. We may ask you to take a photograph of the product to help us clearly understand the problem. Should it be necessary, we will then advise you how to return your item.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will reimburse the price you have paid for the product onto the credit card, debit card or account that you paid with. Alternatively, we may offer (if applicable) to resend the item free of charge. Please note it is not our policy to offer both a refund and to resend.
Refunds for unwanted goods can only be given for returns within 28days, in the condition they were received and including packaging.
Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of your own actions such as product misuse.
